Johnny Depp appears to be speaking out about the multi-million dollar defamation trial he was involved in with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, with new music on the soon-to-be-released album with British guitarist Jeff Beck.

Depp was awarded $10.35 million in damages after a jury announced that Heard had slandered Depp on all charges after Nearly seven weeks of trial in Virginia amid allegations of domestic violence and sexual assault. Heard lost the defamation case, but received $2 million in her corresponding lawsuit as jurors found Depp defamed her through his attorney.

The 59-year-old actor will release a catalog of songs Friday with Beck called “18,” with two of the stories on the 13-track album reportedly written by Depp.

One line of words leaked to the Sunday Times sings Depp: “I think you’ve said enough for one mom – a king’s night.”

On the track “Sad Motherf – kin’ Parade,” Depp chimes out, “You’re sitting there like a dog with an itch for seven years…If I had a dime, your hand wouldn’t reach.”

The album has been in the works for three years and also includes covers by Motown musicians, as well as songs from the Beach Boys, John Lennon, and Velvet Underground.

“When Johnny and I started playing together, it really ignited our youthful spirit and creativity,” Beck said. “We were joking how we felt 18 again, so that just became the album title too.”

“This is a Song for Miss Hedy Lamarr” is one of Depp’s original songs, as well as the opening song on the album.

“You blew me away with it,” Beck said of the track. “That song is one of the reasons I asked him to make an album with me.”

According to the report, the person on the “jury list” was someone with a date of birth in 1945, which means the individual would have turned 77 during the trial. However, the 52-year-old who lives at the same address as the 77-year-old was the one who showed up to perform jury duty and sat on the jury, the suit alleged.

“The person who appeared on the jury assignment with that name is clearly the youngest. Consequently, the 52-year-old who had been a jury member for six weeks was not called to serve on the jury on April 11.”

The lawsuit states that “guarantees” did not appear to have worked in this case and the judge’s correct identity was not verified.

Former US attorney Nehme Rahmani told Fox News Digital that the allegation made by Heard’s legal team was “not grounds for a mistrial or overturning of the sentence.”

Rahmani said mixing the jury could be “an innocent mistake, in which case Heard’s argument will fail.”

“Even if it was intentional, her attorney would have to prove that the juror’s misconduct would have, in an appeal for cause. This means that the wrong juror could not have been fair and impartial. This is a difficult obstacle for them to overcome,” Rahmani said.

“The Fairfax County Juror Survey Webpage furthers this goal by requiring all county residents to log in with their 7-digit juror number, zip code, and “date of birth”… These safeguards are in place and relied upon by both parties to verify correct juror identity, to ensure proper procedures legal and fair trial for all litigants,” the lawsuit states.

The new filing comes just one week after Heard’s legal team asked the judge to overturn the $10.35 million ruling in favor of Johnny Deppclaiming that it was not supported by evidence.

“The judgment is legally excessive in light of the evidence and the law, and should be disqualified,” they wrote.
